High-precision side, horizontal, and vertical cutting. Includes efficient recycling of corner waste and seamless transition via ground turning tables and marshalling cranes.

Cakes are transferred into tanks for constant pressure maintenance. This high-quality curing process is essential for the final strength of the AAC products.

6. Finished Products Packaging

Sorting, palletizing, and automated packing. Products are efficiently moved to the storage yard, primed for delivery using state-of-the-art conveying equipment.
