High-Performance Thermal Insulation
Calcium silicate board is made of xonotlite and reinforced glass fiber. It is resistant to high temperatures up to 1100 ºC, featuring excellent heat insulation, low bulk density, high strength, and superior durability. It is widely used in industrial furnace insulation and complex equipment applications.
Also known as microporous calcium silicate, this white, hard material is characterized by its light weight, low thermal conductivity, and corrosion resistance. It offers excellent cutting and sawing ability, making it ideal for heat preservation and fire/sound insulation for pipes, walls, and roofs in power, metallurgy, and petrochemical sectors.
Widely utilized for thermal insulation and fire prevention in equipment and pipelines within electric power, metallurgy, petrochemical, and shipbuilding industries. It is particularly effective for heating pipe network systems.
High-density variants are specifically developed for non-ferrous industries (casting and molding of molten aluminum) and the glass industry, where its non-stick aluminum properties and superior strength make it the preferred material for precision CNC machined components.
