Calcium silicate board for thermal insulation
Calcium silicate board is made of xonotlite and reinforced glass fiber. It is resistant to high temperatures of up to 1100 ºC and offers excellent heat insulation, low bulk density, high strength, and superior durability. It is widely used for industrial furnace insulation.
Microporous calcium silicate is a white, hard thermal insulation material. Key characteristics include light bulk density, high strength, low thermal conductivity, and resistance to corrosion. It is easily cut and sawed, making it ideal for pipes, walls, and roofs in metallurgy, petrochemical, and construction industries.
Applications: Widely used in power, metallurgy, and shipbuilding for heating pipe networks. High-density versions are specifically used in the non-ferrous industry for casting molten aluminum due to their non-stick properties.
