Our facility specializes in manufacturing alumina (Aluminum oxide, Al2O3) ceramic sheets for over 15 years under rigorous quality control with carefully selected 96% or 99.6% high purity alumina ceramic material.
All these alumina ceramic sheets offer extraordinary electrical, thermal and mechanical properties, especially outstanding thermal conductivity, and a coefficient of thermal expansion similar to Silicon. Furthermore, surface roughness can reach Ra0.2, providing excellent adhesion strength with thin-film and thick-film metallization, making it an ideal material for various circuit boards.
The regular forming methods include tape-casting, isostatic pressing, and dry pressing. We offer a wide range of thicknesses and maintain comprehensive production facilities to complete the entire process from prototyping to mass production in a short timeframe.
Specializing in the production of a wide range of ceramic substrates, our facility owns in-house comprehensive production capability, a veteran engineering team, and extensive R&D experience. Our products offer high cost-performance ratios designed to satisfy demanding industrial requirements.
A1: Our alumina ceramic sheets can achieve a thermal conductivity of up to 31 W/m·k at 25ºC, depending on the purity of the material.
A2: We offer two standard high-purity options: 96% Al2O3 and 99.6% Al2O3, each suited for different electrical and thermal requirements.
A3: Yes, while standard thicknesses range from 0.1mm to 2.0mm, other special thicknesses can be achieved through precision lapping processes.
A4: We can provide rectangular, square, and round shapes. Complex custom patterns can also be achieved using high-precision laser cutting.
A5: Yes, the surface roughness can reach Ra0.2, which provides excellent adhesion strength for both thin-film and thick-film metallization processes.
A6: Alumina provides excellent electrical insulation, high mechanical strength, superior thermal dissipation, and resistance to corrosion and oxidation in harsh environments.
