With more than 15 years of experience in producing alumina (aluminum oxide, Al2O3) ceramic sheets, we adopt strict quality control and use carefully selected high-purity ceramic materials ranging from 95% to 99.8%.

Our alumina ceramic sheets feature excellent electrical insulation, thermal conductivity, and high temperature resistance. Its unique surface quality with a roughness up to Ra0.005 allows for use as a substrate for thin film circuits and as an alumina ceramic setter in sintering processes.

  • High thermal conductivity of high purity alumina, up to 30 W/m.k at 25ºC
  • Excellent surface roughness and flatness (0.05mm) with minimal warpage
