Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q1: What is the standard size of your Aluminum Composite Panels?
The standard size is 1220mm x 2440mm, but we can customize the length and thickness based on your specific project requirements.
Q2: What is the difference between PE and PVDF coating?
PE (Polyester) coating is typically used for interior applications with a 10-year color life. PVDF coating is highly resistant to weather and UV rays, making it ideal for exterior cladding with a color life of 20 years or more.
Q3: Are these panels fireproof?
Yes, we offer FR (Fire-Resistant) grade cores that meet international safety standards for construction and high-rise buildings.
Q4: Can I get custom colors or textures like wood or marble?
Absolutely. We provide a wide range of finishes including brushed, mirror, wood grain, granite, and high-gloss metallic colors.
Q5: What certifications do your products hold?
Our products are fully certified with CE, ISO, ROHS, SGS, and ASTM standards to ensure global quality compliance.
Q6: How do you ensure the peeling strength of the panels?
We use high-molecular polymer films and advanced hot-lamination technology to ensure that the aluminum skins and the core are bonded permanently with superior peeling strength.
