The tape mechanism has a tension control device, enabling the overlay material evenly into the mould, ensuring a smooth surface.
The double-belt laminating system is pressure proof, achieving continuous automatic production and limiting foaming material within the mould.
Simultaneous conveying and cutting systems allow for production of plates at any custom length.
Integrated dust-removing system with the cutting machine makes the production process environmentally friendly.
Widely used for producing Polyurethane (PUR) and Polyisocyanurate (PIR) insulation boards in various sizes and densities.
Compatible with various soft surfaces: non-woven fabrics, aluminum foil, glass fiber mat, craft paper, etc.
Complete line includes: uncoiler system, heating and foaming platform, double belt system, heating system, roller system, edge cutting, cross cut, and electronic controls.
